The brief

A promotion ten years in the making deserved more than dinner reservations. Our client wanted a rooftop party for 80 colleagues, friends and family — relaxed, joyful and over by midnight without feeling rushed.

Our approach

We zoned the roof into three moods: a golden-hour toast deck with acoustic duo, a family-style feast under festoon lights, and a late lounge with a vinyl DJ. Heating towers, a weather hold and a freight-elevator load plan kept February on our side.

The outcome

Eighty guests, zero coats-checked complaints, and midnight sliders that guests still mention. The host's only job all night was accepting congratulations.
